Our platform processes your infrastructure configurations through secure, encrypted channels with no human access to sensitive information.

• Account Information. We collect your name, email address, company details, and billing information to create and manage your Bluecliff account and provide our services.
• Infrastructure Data. Configuration details, deployment preferences, and technical specifications you provide for your cloud infrastructure are processed securely.
• Usage Analytics. We collect anonymized usage patterns to improve our AI models and platform performance, without accessing your sensitive data.

All data transmission is encrypted using TLS 1.3, and sensitive data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. We implement strict access controls and zero-trust architecture to ensure only authorized systems can process your information.

AI Processing and Data Protection

Our AI systems are designed to learn from infrastructure patterns without ever accessing your sensitive business data. All processing happens in secure, isolated environments with comprehensive audit logging and monitoring.

We use Vercel for hosting our platform and Resend for email communications. Both services meet our strict security and privacy standards. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your Rights and Data Control

You have complete control over your data. You can access, update, or delete your information at any time through your account settings. We provide data export capabilities and honor all data deletion requests within 30 days.

As a French company, we comply with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations. You have the right to data portability, correction, and deletion. Contact our Privacy Officer for any data-related requests.
